Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy covers the following situations:
Eligible Returns
- Products received in a "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
- Products not as described on the website.
Return Guidelines

- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. After this period, return requests will not be entertained.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund within 2 working days.
How to Return an Order
- Customer Return: If the customer chooses to send the return themselves, the shipping courier charges will be reimbursed when processing the refund.
Note: Include the order slip and a paper with your bank account number and IFSC code inside the return parcel for a smooth refund process.
Important Notes
- The parcel must be returned within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Stitched products are non-returnable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
- Upon receiving the parcel, please record a video while opening the package to serve as proof in case of disputes.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via NEFT to the customer’s bank account within 3-4 working days after we receive the returned product.
